陆英茶加工初探

采用感官分析与薄层限量法对陆英不同炮制品进行探讨,实验表明:对陆英鲜品进行杀青处理,黄酒浸润后于120℃蒸制1h,再于60℃烘箱中烘干,乌索酸含量较高,颜色翠绿、口感好.
