The Situation About Our School’s Sports Activities

How are you recently? Im Liu Hua, Im presently studying in Hongxing middle school. Im Hearing that you are curious about the situation about our schools sports activities. So, Im writing to tell you.

In order to spread the spirit of sports, our school holds regular sports events, sets up sports clubs and offers a wide range of sports courses. During these courses, we do physical exercise actively and practice athletic skills.

There are lots of benefits during these courses, we can strengthen the sense of team cooperation, improve communication and social skills, and also, learn to interact with others. The sports events can reduce the risk of anxiety.
