步骤:
1、鸡蛋洗净后,冷水下锅开中火煮10分钟。
2、捞出放凉水里浸泡5分钟,这样吃的时候更容易剥皮。
3、将鸡蛋表皮轻轻磕碎,不要太大力,也可以借助勺子敲碎。

4、把所有的香料、调料和茶叶倒入锅中,注入水开大火煮开(水要加够能没过鸡蛋表面,这样鸡蛋浸泡时能充分入味)。
5、再加入磕碎的鸡蛋转小火煮20分钟,煮好后不要立马拿出来给它自然晾凉,放入冰箱冷藏一夜更入味也更好吃。
