祛腥养胃的红茶

  红茶蒸鳜鱼:将1条约500克的活鳜鱼宰杀洗净,用2根筷蚕吃茶叶吗子担起放在鱼盘里。洒入盐、胡椒粉、料酒、葱姜适量,红茶5克,上锅蒸熟取出。挑去葱姜、茶叶,倒入红茶卤100克,洒上葱丝、姜丝、香菜适量,再用锅烧热油浇在上面即可。此菜鳜鱼色泽红亮,茶香味浓,肉质细嫩,入口鲜美。
