绿杨春茶叶为什么叫绿杨春

绿杨春茶名字是由原扬州茶厂高工冯金纬老先生(已故)提出，出自因扬州茶区主产绿茶，绿茶又以春茶为上品，扬州市林业站承担，会同扬州市平山茶场、蜀冈茶场、邗江山河茶场、仪征捺山茶叶试验场、仪征捺山制茶二厂等单位的主要茶叶技术干部，绿杨春茶色泽翠绿。香气清高持久，有板栗香气，冲泡后叶如兰花绽放，叶色嫩绿，叶底舒张，滋味浓醇，绿杨春有着严格的加工制作要求：色、香、味、形“鲜茶采摘时”要求取其一芽一叶为标准。鲜叶长在1.8-2.5厘米，成茶叶长在1厘米左右，每斤成品茶的芽头个数在4万-4.3万，采茶工每天要踏着露水下田，按着标准进行鲜叶采摘。采摘回来的鲜叶经过摊晾后杀青，然后还要经过理条、整形、烘干、去杂等工序后，再进行分级，这样合格的成茶才算制作成功。
