食用中药降脂茶的研制及其功效研究

研究了以食用中药为主要原料，辅以
茶叶制备降血脂袋泡
茶的工艺条件，结果表明，本产品能显著降低试验性高血脂小鼠的血清总胆固醇（Ｐ〈０．００１）和甘油三酯（Ｐ〈０．０５）水平，并具有一定的减肥作用。
