娇娆而不俗的茶叶末釉,走进温润如梦的旷世杰作
茶叶末釉,为中国传统温颜色釉品种之一,由于釉吐灰绿,俨如茶叶之色,釉中布满外形颇似茶叶细末的针、片状结晶体而得名。
茶叶末釉属高温黄釉,经高温还原焰烧成,是釉料中含铁﹑锰的结晶釉陶瓷。茶叶末釉,釉色黄中掺杂着绿,在黄褐色的底色中散布着许多细小的绿色斑点。由于配方、制作工艺的变化或在窑内摆放的位置不同,釉色差异极大,故有旧玉、鳝鱼黄、蟹甲青、蛇皮绿、老僧衣、黄斑点、鳌裙、新橘等品种。

茶叶末釉始烧于唐代,唐代耀州窑曾大量烧制,唐宋时期山西的浑源窑,辽金的磁州窑和北方地区一些烧黑釉的窑场也有烧造。常见的产品有执壶、缸、钵瓶、罐、盏之类。清代,景德镇仿烧十分成功,由此一跃成为名贵的色釉品种。

《南窑笔记》中将其称为"厂官釉",而茶叶末釉是《陶雅》一书中的叫法。《陶雅》:"瓷以黄黑相间者,谓之茶叶末。其黑色较浓,而又有黄色碎点於底足内外围绕一遭。瓷致活泼者,则谓之鳝鱼发。以成化仿宋者为上。绿多而无碎点者,厥为蟹甲青。有垂沫星若水眼,或如栈眼者,命曰新桔。其绿色亦较浓也。"

茶叶末釉中绿者称茶,黄者称末。雍正时期的茶叶末釉釉色多偏黄,俗称“鳝鱼皮”、“鳝鱼黄”。乾隆时期的茶叶末釉以偏绿色为多见,俗称“蟹壳青”或“蟹甲青”。乾隆时期的茶叶末釉釉面平静或有棕眼和丝纹,不及雍正时期滋润。由于茶叶末釉具有青铜器的沉着色调,在乾隆时有被用来做仿古铜彩釉。

《景德镇陶录》:“(康熙年臧窑)厂器也,为督理官臧应选所造。土埴腻,质莹薄,诸色兼备,有蛇皮绿、鳝鱼黄、吉翠、黄斑点四种尤佳。”

清末寂园叟《陶雅》:“(茶叶末)黄杂绿也,娇娆而不俗,艳于花,美如玉,花为瓶,最美目。茶叶末以滋润、鲜明、活泼三者为贵。茶叶末纹理之佳妙,有若干泥疏散于水中者,且其渐渐晕开,汇于底足,围绕周遭,直如鳝鱼腹皮之姿态流动,又于窑变外得少佳趣。”其卷二十三:“茶叶末一种,本合黄、黑、绿三色而成,以雍正仿成化者为贵,然则成化之有茶叶末者明矣,仿明者略偏于黑,雍正官窑则仿于黄矣。而尤以绿色独多者,最称稀罕,盖乾隆窑也。嘉、道以后,取人憎厌,亦莫名其所以然,大抵色暗败而板滞,釉汁不润,质又颇粗,故康熙一代,不见有茶叶末之瓷品,抑独何欤?”
