配料清单:鸡蛋 茶叶 花椒 桂皮 八角 香叶 小茴香 生抽 老抽 盐 白糖
制作方法:
第一步:鸡蛋洗净,冷水下锅,水烧开再把鸡蛋煮3分钟,火候不宜太大,不然鸡蛋壳容易煮破,煮熟的鸡蛋捞出过凉水,再把鸡蛋一个个敲破皮,方便入味。

第二步:鸡蛋再次放入锅里,加水没过鸡蛋,加2勺盐、2勺白糖、2勺生抽,1勺老抽,再放入香料(花椒、桂皮、八角、香叶、小茴香,最后放茶叶)

技术总结:
1.鸡蛋一定要凉水下锅,煮的时间不宜太长,水开再煮3分钟最佳。
