监榷茶场使司 [Tea monopoly market supervising department] 元代榷茶机构。元代重视茶税的征收。元世祖至元五年(1268) -占领成都，即从运使白赓言，榷成都茶，对四川各地茶叶实行禁榷。《元史·食货志》:"六年(1269)，始立西蜀四川监榷茶场使司掌之"。对榷茶运输和批验茶引等事务，设立"四川茶盐转运司"兼管。
