乔治•瓦特分类法[George Watt classificationmethod] 1908年英国乔治•瓦特提出的茶树形态分类法。将茶树分为4个变种：“尖叶变种”、“武夷变种”、“直叶变种”、“尖萼变种”。此分类法为后人的分类奠定了基础。
