选对时间,喝茶

1、早晨起床后饮白开水,补充一夜之间的水消耗;

2、上午10时左右可饮稍浓的水,可补充流汗及尿液排出的水分,提神醒脑;

3、下午3时左右饮淡茶水,能使体内囤积的废物顺利排出;

4、晚上8时左右,睡前饮水,冲淡血液,加速血液循环,但记住别饮浓茶!
