1、龙井茶是由特殊的炒制工艺而产生的，有一种特殊的香气，这种香气很像栗子的香气，所以人们称之为“栗子香”。

2、品龙井茶“味醇”，本塘的口感“香郁”而复“醇厚”，兰花豆香里闪烁几许蜜糖的甜丝丝感觉。

3、品龙井茶，味蕾有一种龙井茶农谓之“滑溜溜”的独特质感，这质感类乎青岛啤酒别于任何品牌，味蕾的份量、质感要“重”一些，同时那“醇厚”亦即滑溜溜感觉更其细腻，类乎面粉之于芡粉。

4、接下来，咽几下口水“回味”，清雅甜味儿明明白白弥润咽喉，七八分钟后品啜之，甜味儿犹存焉，书上谓之“三口不忍漱”。

5、龙井茶色泽翠绿，香气浓郁，甘醇爽口，形如雀舌，即有“色绿、香郁、味甘、形美”四绝的特点。

6、清代品茶名家赞誉龙井：“甘香如兰，幽而不洌，啜之淡然，看似无味，而饮后感太和之气弥漫齿额之间，此无味之味，乃至味也。”
